Screening for chromatin modifiers with a role in transdifferentiation

In another effort funded by BLUEPRINT we are studying the role of chromatin modifying enzymes and components in both mouse and human B cell to macrophage transdifferentiation systems. This is done by a screen of large of short hairpin RNAs in collaboration with the laboratories of Kristian Helin in Copenhagen and Johannes Zuber in Vienna.
