Leadership and Management Skills Course for Administrative Staff 2024

Administrative staff in research environments play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of  scientific endeavors.
They are the backbone that supports researchers, facilitating communication, managing resources, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
However, the transition into these multifaceted roles often comes without the necessary training in communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and team management.
Recognizing the unique demands on research administrators, we have designed a course to offer practical,hands-on training that addresses their real-world challenges.
