Qlucore Omics Explorer Training Course - 241210
Qlucore Omics Explorer Training Course - 241210
Qlucore Omics Explorer is an interactive, fast and easy to use tool that allows biologists and research scientists to visualize, analyse and perform biological exploration on a wide number of different data types including gene expression data (RNA-seq, count matrix etc), proteomics data, methylation data, qPCR data, assay data (like Olink) and other types of multi-variate data.
Topics that are going to be addressed
- The Qlucore Basic training course will give an introduction on how you can explore and analyse experiment data in a number of hands-on exercises:
- Import and explore a gene expression dataset, visualize in 3D PCA plot and heatmap
- Do statistical analysis to find discriminating variables
- Eliminate influence of covariates (like batch effects)
- Filtering on already calculated p/q and fold change values from bioinformaticians
- Import and analyze qPCR data, visualize results in bar and violin plots
- Explore a dataset using UMAP and t-SNE to find interesting groups
- Pathway analysis using GSEA (Gene Set Enrichment analysis)
- Biomarker Workbench
- Keep track of analysis – log and retrieve your analysis
What NOT to expect
- No R - coding will be taught.
