PRESENTATION OF THE CRG CORE FACILITIES AND INTERNAL SERVICES 
Are there any new instruments, which could help me obtain better results in my research? What scientific and technical services are available at CRG? How can I get the most out of this equipment? The scientists at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) and the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB) found the answer to these questions, and many more, at the recent scientific and technical services presentation. 
Technology advances very quickly, with the constant arrival of higher quality, more sophisticated equipment, which can be highly useful to researchers. At the presentation, which took place on the 19th of January, the head of each unit showed the equipment at their disposal, and the possibilities offered by each machine. The professionals who manage these services offer everything from training in the use of cutting-edge equipment and advice on experiment design, to the evaluation of results obtained after submitting a sample to a specific analysis. 
The event, in its second year, attracted a large audience. This year, a poster session was introduced, with posters highlighting the features of each service. In addition to this, there was a presentation on the scientific and technical services of the Pompeu Fabra University.
