This course covers the fundamentals of Nextflow, from writing your first pipeline to running it efficiently. You’ll learn how to be reproducible, using containers and how to automate complex analyses, and optimize workflows for high-performance computing (HPC).

- Writing Your First Pipeline –Coding in groovy, create simple, reproducible workflows from scratch.
- Managing Dependencies – Use Docker and Singularity for reproducibility.
- Parallelism & Resource Optimization – Run workflows efficiently on HPC and local environments.
- Version Control & Reproducibility – Ensure consistency with Git and parameterization.
- Best Practices – Learn tips to structure and optimize your pipelines.
What NOT to expect:
- Write highly complex pipelines like nf-core pipelines
