SCIFI: From Scientists to Innovators for Industry  
 
Take part in the online learning modules – including five core modules and three industry-specific modules – participate in all the events and webinars, and receive mentoring from the best industry experts. In this programme you will: 

• Complete all five core modules and at least one bonus module 
• Participate in all events and webinars 
• Complete assignments after each module 
• Receive at least two hours of mentoring 
• Solve a real industry case study: Participants will be divided into interdisciplinary teams of five and will work jointly to develop a solution to a real-life industry case. The solution will be presented to a jury and industry partners at the final event 
• Pitch with your team during the final event of the programme 
• Commit approximately 5 hours per week from September to December 2023 

Key dates: 

• Application deadline: 23rd June 2023 
• Online Kick-off: 1 September 2023 
• Kick-off in Barcelona, Centre for Genomic Regulation: 18-19 September 2023 
• Online Mid-term presentations: 10 November 2023 at 4 PM CET 
• Final event in Erlangen: 11-12 December 2023 

Cost: 

Full programme

•  Participation fee: €500– includes certificate and accommodation 
• -Early-bird price: €400 until 30 April 2023 
• -5 sponsored spots for applicants that come from and are currently employed in RIS countries 
• -5 sponsored spots for Ukrainian researchers 

Light programme  

• Participation fee: €150– includes certificate
