Getting started with AI and ML on the CRG cluster

"Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) has exploded in popularity and applications in recent years. Use of these techniques in the biological sciences is increasing - especially in the fields of imaging analysis and long read sequencing. In this course we will look at a historical overview and major milestones in these fields over the years and do some hands-on examples using the HPC cluster and the GPU server at the CRG. The aim of this course is to give you enough background and to explore these methods further and possibly integrate them into your own work."
