About

The Annual Proteomics Symposium organised by the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) and the Catalan Society of Biology (SCB) brings together leading researchers in the proteomics field to discuss the application of innovative mass spectrometric techniques to decipher the complexity of life. Recent research will be presented on the elucidation of protein structures using mass spectrometric techniques, the decipher of the immunopeptidome in vivo to reveal new tumour antigens, and longitudinal plasma proteomics profiling for personalized medicine.

The conference will be held in Barcelona, Spain, November 11th 2022 at the PRBB Auditorium. Participants are welcomed to present their research results with a short abstract of 300 words. A limited number of slots will be available in the programme for selected participants for short talks.

Participation to the Symposium is free of charge and open to all PRBB staff as well as external scientists, but registration is required.

Submission

Submit your abstract for a short talk (15min) and poster session on the registration form.

General Information

Language: All abstracts must be written in English.

Deadline: abstracts MUST BE RECEIVED no later than October 25th, 2022

Notification of acceptance will be mailed by November 4th, 2022. Only the presenting/first author will receive the email notification of acceptance or rejection, and is responsible for informing all co-authors of the status of the abstract.

Content of the Abstract

Abstracts are limited to 300 words.

Abstracts must contain: title, authors, primary institution, purpose of the study, methods used, summary of the results and conclusion reached.

Abstracts will be published as submitted. Proof and edit your submission accordingly.

Information for poster presenters: The poster space will be 90 x 120 cm (width x height), which corresponds to DIN-A0 VERTICAL layout.
