Women Scientists Support Grant (WOSS)

The WOSS grants support women scientists who have the ambition and potential to reach a leading position in research and have to fulfil maternity responsibilities at the same time.

This grant provides extra financial support that the awardee can use in her best interest, e.g. for extra day-care and babysitting hours, etc. The aim is enabling excellent women scientists to follow their passion in research and reduce the barriers they encounter to develop into a leader in their field.

Child -and Family- Care Travel Support Grant

This grant complements other existing CRG resources in support of work-life balance while promoting the career success of young scientists and research support staff. This program will enable early career researchers with young children to attend research conferences and meetings, or other professional scientific activities.

Calls open 3 times per year (spring, summer and winter). Check the information of the latest call.
