Leadership course for group leaders in science

We strongly believe that leadership skills, essential for today's challenges in scientific work, can be acquired and developed.  

Leadership in science is not only about expertise but also about fostering collaboration, empowering others, and driving group excellence.
The Leadership Programme is designed to help junior PIs and team leaders develop essential leadership skills that are vital for navigating the challenges of today's scientific landscape.  

Participants will engage in a dynamic and supportive environment, where they will enhance their communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

The programme focuses on empowering team members to excel, improving self-organisation, and strengthening the participants’ capacity to lead both individual and group processes effectively. Through experience-sharing and peer interactions, participants will build lasting networks, helping to sustain their leadership journey.
