Effective communication

In this training, participants will improve their communication skills. In the first part, they will learn about different methods to give feedback and try some of the methods out in a playful way. In the second part of the course, they will train active listening with peers and get feedback for their listening strengths in an appreciative way.

The course will be very interactive, changing between trainers input and group work and the participants will:

• Understand the importance of listening in a conversation
• Learn different methods of giving appreciative and constructive feedback
• Train and practice active listening
