SCIENTIFIC COFFEE “BLUEBERRIES, BRAIN TRAINING AND RAISIN STALKS”
Who has not heard of methods and secrets that can help miraculously make the most of our brain? In recent decades there have been great advances in neuroscience that have shown that our brain is more plastic than previously thought. So what can help us modulate it to keep it healthy as we age?
Playing sports, eating nuts and berries, making brain training exercises regularly? Which is better? We can actually slow the aging of our brain taking care of our diet and habits? Or, actually, we have marked in the genes from which age our brain inevitably will begin to age and it is little we can do about it.
Experts in neuroscience and genetics will address the issue in a pleasant way and will answer all these questions but also all that you want to aske them.
